Processing and Delivery Time

Please note:

Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

Business days: Monday – Saturday (excluding holidays)

Processing time: We begin processing orders upon payment confirmation.

All orders will have a processing time frame of 1-3 business days, depending on the product type.

Shipping Time

  • US Standard shipping: 15-20 business days
  • Vietnam Standard shipping: 5-10 business days

Delivery Time

  • US: Processing Time (1-3 business days) + Shipping Time (15-20 business days) = Total Delivery Time (16-23 business days)
  • Vietnam: Processing Time (1-3 business days) + Shipping Time (5-10 business days) = Total Delivery Time (6-13 business days)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your shipping destination:

  • $5.95 for shipping within the United States.
  • $2.95 for shipping within Vietnam.

To determine your exact shipping charges, proceed to checkout and enter your mailing address. Your shipping cost will automatically update and be displayed in your total order costs.

Tracking Number

Once your items are shipped, you’ll receive an automatic notification via email from our system, including a tracking number to monitor your package. If you haven’t received a tracking number or if it’s not working, please contact us for assistance.

Unexpected Delays

How to Track Your Order

Upon shipment, you’ll receive an email notification containing the tracking number and a link. This link will allow you to easily check the latest status and whereabouts of your order.

My Parcel Was Shipped but I Didn’t Get an Update?

Your parcel may be in transit to the destination country, which could involve handovers to different couriers, countries, and airports that do not provide tracking information. Most countries do not update tracking details until the parcel is cleared by customs, which could cause delays.

My Parcel Shows Delivered but I Didn’t Receive It?

Please check with neighbors or your local post office as couriers may deliver parcels to alternative addresses. You should also receive a notice from the courier explaining where the parcel was delivered.

What If My Parcel Is Lost?

We monitor every parcel closely and maintain close contact with couriers to check for updates. In the unlikely event of a lost parcel, we will either remake and reship your order or offer a full refund.

Multiple Addresses Delivery

We do not currently offer the option to ship to multiple addresses for a single order. Please place separate orders for items to be delivered to different addresses.
